The apt comprises a living room with kitchenette, a mezzanine sleeping area, and a bathroom.
The internal space The 28 sqm studio apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (accessible by stairs). The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table, and TV; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; - SLEEPING AREA (loft) with double bed and clothes rack; - BATHROOM (located on the ground floor) with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothesline, and mosquito nets.
Children's beds and cribs are available upon request and for a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the loft sleeping area requires climbing a wooden ladder (please be especially careful if traveling with small children). Guests' access The studio is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.
Other details to be noted To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
