In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 270 m, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Schattberg X-Press" 1.1 km, railway station "Maishofen" 15 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa" 27 km, lake Zeller See 17 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, gondola lift 200 m, slopes 20 m, ski rental 450 m, ski school 700 m. Nearby attractions: Burg Kaprun 31 km, Stadt Salzburg 97 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Home of Lässig - Saalbach 50 m, Gletscher Kitzsteinhorn 31 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 17 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Owner uses some rooms in the house.
