It comprises a 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: with a double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - 300 m² private garden surrounding the house - A south-facing terrace of around 30 m² with garden furniture (table, chairs, outdoor armchairs) to enjoy the fine weather. - A second north-facing terrace. The house is ideally located in Ceyreste, around 5 km from the centre of the town, in a pleasant, leafy setting.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops (bakery, delicatessen, mini-market), as well as boutiques, restaurants, etc. Activities : Hiking and cycling routes close to the accommodation (approx. 1 km), seaside less than 10 km away (La Ciotat, Cassis, Calanques, etc.), Le Castellet motor racing circuit 20 minutes away, close to Toulon and Marseille (approx. 30 minutes from each town). Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property (possibility of parking 2 standard size vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Ceyreste - La Ciotat about 10 minutes away (7km) - Nearest airport: Marseille, less than an hour away (57 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets accepted free of charge.

Très beau petit coin éloigné du tumulte de la ciotat, hôte très agréable et disponible. Le logement est bien équipé manque peut être une machine a laver. sinon nous nous sommes régalés. rando sympa dans les environs vraiment agréable.
