Cocoonr agency offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned cottage with shared swimming pool in Solliès-Toucas to rent for up to 5 people. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with, amongst other things: a Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps one) and a single bed - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet - The accommodation is air-conditioned
Outdoors
- A 10 m² east-west facing terrace with furniture and sun loungers to enjoy sunny days. - A private, unfenced outdoor area of approximately 50 m² with no neighbours opposite
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, subject to weather conditions) - Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding (swimming pool/wellness area) and are subject to weather conditions

Outdoor facilities, part of the estate: - 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), subject to a charge, open from June to September - A snack bar is available from May to September, serving fast food.

The cottage is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage’s private car park (1 car). Free parking is available within the estate. Please note that this is not directly in front of the chalet, but in a communal car park for the residence, which is within walking distance. - Car park: As the grounds of the holiday complex are on a slope, please allow a few minutes’ walk with a slight incline between the car park and the chalet.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Solliès-Pont, about a 5-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about a 25-minute drive away

Logement difficile à trouver en arrivant le soir parmi les différents chalets sans plan lisible et avec une erreur sur le numéro transmis... conciergerie réactif par rapport à un problème de flexible dans la douche. Environnement agréable et parfait pour notre besoin.
Dommage que la communication Airbnb pour la modification des dates de réservation du logement n'était pas claire...
