The owners live on-site. Ideally situated for exploring the treasures of Seine-et-Marne and the surrounding area. Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it is also an ideal choice for business trips. This cottage is semi-detached with two other cottages (ref. 638 and 651). Private outdoor parking is available at the entrance to the property. A private garden in front of the cottage includes garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor: - A large living room with a lounge area (sofas, armchair, TV), a large dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, dishwasher). - A bedroom with one double bed and one single bed (three single beds can be made up upon request) with its own private bathroom (shower and sink). - A separate toilet. Upstairs: - One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room/WC. - One bedroom with three single beds (two can be joined to make a double bed). - One bedroom with three single beds (two can be joined to make a double bed) and an en-suite shower room. - Bathroom - Separate WC. - Included in the price: bed linen, towels, heat pump heating.

Wi-Fi. Baby cot available upon request. - Additional charge: tourist tax. - Optional service: cleaning fee (€100). - Security deposit: €800 For companies and business trips: mandatory cleaning fee (€100/fortnight). FOR NEW YEAR'S: minimum 3-night stay.
