The sea, the Trieux and the GR 34 nearby. In a privileged and peaceful environment, comfortable fisherman's house, facing south and leaning against the rocks. 5 minutes from the port and the town centre of Paimpol, 15 minutes from the pier for Bréhat, you are in the heart of a region rich in natural, cultural and historical heritage: walks, swimming, visits... Château de La Roche Jagu, Beauport Abbey, Sillon de Talbert, Côte du Goëlo, Pink Granite Coast...
Weekly rates - 3 periods
1 - 380 €: October to the end of March, excluding All Saints' Day, End of Year and Winter holidays
2 - 480 €: April, May, June, September + All Saints' Day, End of Year and Winter holidays
3 - 680 €: July - August
Available all year round. Weekly rental or more.
Discount on long-term stays in low season.
In love with this region where I was born, I set up this cottage as if for myself: decoration, furniture, antiques... I stayed there during the development work, to improve everything that needed to be improved, to feel at home, hoping that you will feel at home:
- new and equipped fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils, crockery...)
- living room repainted and redecorated, with a dining area and a lounge area, TV, mini system (cd, usb, radio, bluetooth...),
- 1 master bedroom upstairs equipped with a screen, wardrobe with wardrobe, small desk,
- in a row, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90,
- courtyard to the south, with tables, chairs, parasol,
- terrace and garden at the back nestled against the rocks, with tables, chairs, parasol, barbecue., bench,
- WIFI
I hope you will feel good there and appreciate the diversity of resources that the surroundings provide.
The Trieux is for me one of the most beautiful rivers in Brittany: majestic, bordered by pines which give it a Mediterranean aspect.
In a quiet environment, you can enjoy many activities nearby:
- Hiking, swimming, sea trips (on the Trieux, Bréhat archipelago, etc.),
- Castle fortress of La Roche Jagu,
- Beaches and cliffs of Goëlo, Sillon du Talbert, Gouffre de Plougrescant, Tréguier, Pink Granite Coast...
A little further on, you can discover:
- the Bay of St Brieuc,
- the Bay of Morlaix,
- Cap Fréhel, Saint-Malo,
- the parish enclosures, the centre of Brittany and the Monts d'Arrée, land of legends, the Valley of the Saints...
- and the coast of course, always changing...

Also to be discovered on site is a selection of good selected addresses: restaurants, seafood, fish, brasserie... (the Breton air whets your appetite!)
The house is non-smoking, but has a courtyard and an outdoor garden ;=).
