Close to medieval streets, canals, museums and dining, yet set in a peaceful residential area, it’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy Ghent at your own pace.
If we are around, we are more than happy to show you around and inform you about the ins and outs of our apartment. If this would not be possible, we will make sure that exerting is cleared out and keys are available in a lock box.

Our 75 m² apartment is located on a calm residential street in Ghent, offering plenty of space, natural light, and privacy. It’s the perfect retreat after a day exploring the city’s medieval charm, riverside views, museums, or vibrant food scene.
The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, and there’s a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests or children. The layout is spacious and modern, making it ideal for couples, families, or business travellers.
You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area, and a clean, modern bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. Every detail has been designed with comfort in mind, from quality furnishings to warm lighting and thoughtful finishing touches throughout.
Despite its peaceful setting, the apartment is very well connected:
• Ghent-Dampoort station is just a few minutes away, offering quick access to Ghent-Sint-Pieters, Antwerp, Brussels, Bruges, and the coast.
• Bus stops are located along Antwerpsesteenweg, providing direct and frequent connections to the historic city centre and surrounding neighbourhoods.
• Travelling by car? The apartment sits close to major routes such as the R40, N70, and the E17, making it easy to reach Antwerp, Brussels Airport, or other parts of Flanders.
🛏️ To make sure everything is perfectly ready for your stay, please double-check that the number of guests in your booking matches who will be coming — this helps us prepare the right bedding, towels, and little touches for everyone. You will receive the pre-check in template and lease agreement for signing.
❗️Please note that 90% of the rental price covers the holiday home, while 10% covers the rental of movable goods. No additional services such as daily cleaning or breakfast are provided.
🐕 Pets are allowed, but please contact us beforehand so we can assess each case individually. Due to extra cleaning and potential allergies for future guests, a flat fee of €50 applies.
