Between pines, chocolatines, beaches, waves, golf courses, rugby, squid, duck breasts, come and spend good times in landifornie in our recent contemporary villa with local, tropical atmospheres and a zest of Brittany. Bright and well located in a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for a nap on the terrace by the pool (available from the beginning of May to the end of October).
It has a beautiful south-facing living room with a well-equipped kitchen to prepare good meals with family or friends!
On the ground floor, you have the master suite with a large double bed 160*200 and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
For rainy days, there is a TV room with channels from all over the world and an office if you feel like working.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a 160*200 double bed and the second has a 140*190 double bed.
The house is of course non-smoking.
We leave at your disposal bicycles, a surfboard for beginners, bodyboard, skateboard, Pala, tennis, or squash rackets and hiking poles.
There are 3 golf courses nearby, 2 with a renowned 18-hole course (Hossegor and Seignosse) and 1 with a 9-hole course 15 minutes away (Soustons).
The villa is close to two ponds for pike and blackbass fishing, cycle paths, 500m from a golf driving range, 2.5km from a Michelin starred restaurant, 10 minutes from surf spots and 15 minutes from the famous town of Hossegor. On Friday mornings, a market with many local products and traders. The house is 35 minutes from Biarritz, about 1 hour from San Sebastian in Spain. The Basque Pyrenees are less than 1 hour away for hiking and tasting of wines, cheeses, cold cuts and cakes.
The first ski resorts 2 hours away in winter.
The house is also close to the area where there are shops (bakery, supermarket, petrol station, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, butcher, bike rental, Italian caterer).
The motorway is 15 minutes away, the first train station is 10 minutes away. The nearest airport is 35 minutes away (Biarritz).
Bordeaux is 1h30 by car and 1h10 by train.
Paris is 3h30 by train from Dax, a city 30 minutes from the house.
This house is our main residence with a taste of holidays to feel good. Take the greatest care of it. Tomatoes, raspberries and herbs are available in the vegetable garden.
Oh yes, presence of a super calm and docile cat to pamper in our absence.
