Our beach house (semi-detached house) "Dünenblick 73a" is located directly behind the dune in the front row, only approx. 30 meters from the beach and promenade, in the middle of the dune and beach park Baabe.

Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, with flexible arrival/departure days.
A security deposit of €175.00 (€200.00 for New Year's) is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
The security deposit will be refunded after departure, minus the settlement of ancillary costs. Costs for electricity (€0.38 / kWh) and water (€6.50 / m³) will be charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee). An electric heater provides the basic warmth of the house. Linen packages and firewood can be ordered from our property manager for a fee. The tourist tax is due before arrival. One pet can be booked for an additional charge; more pets are available upon request from your agency. A parking space is available free of charge near the house.

Waking up to the sound of the sea in the morning and enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the covered terrace, ending the evening with a good cup of tea in front of the crackling fire in the stove – this is pure relaxation! Our house is equipped with everything your heart desires.
The house is excellently suited for seniors, as everything is on one level. On the spacious terrace, you can sunbathe to your heart's content; we provide comfortable sun loungers for your free use. Here you will find the peace and relaxation you desire on your vacation.
