Our house is located on Monte Los Almendros above Salobreña on the Costa Tropical; about 90 km from Málaga.
At an altitude of around 280 meters, the sky seems within reach.
The view extends over the Mediterranean Sea to the Sierra Nevada, whose peaks are often already snow-covered from October onwards.
Sunrises and sunsets are a natural part of the daily program here. Quietly Located & With Everything You Need The house does not have a private pool.
However, the communal area of the Monte Los Almendros urbanization is available to you (approx. 15 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car). There you will find: Seasonally open communal pool Children's pool Tennis and paddle court Playground Small football field Kiosk (in summer) The beautiful natural beach La Caleta/La Guardia is only about 4 km away. A rental car is absolutely essential and should ideally be picked up at Málaga Airport. The House The house is always rented exclusively to one party, and both floors are accessible.
However, the lower area is only made available for overnight stays upon request and for a small extra charge. Upper Floor (includes bed linen & towels for up to 4 people) This floor features: Living and dining area with a fantastic sea view and a view of Salobreña Castle Open, small but modernly equipped kitchen Cozy lounge with fireplace and sea view Free Wi-Fi Bedroom with double bed (200 × 200 cm) Bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm) Original bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet Our personal favorite spot, however, is outside: The outdoor shower and even the outdoor toilet offer a magnificent sea view – we ourselves use them almost all year round. Lower Floor (optionally bookable) Upon request, the lower floor can be booked for a small additional charge.
It is accessible exclusively via the garden and is separate from the upper area. It offers: Open living/sleeping area Double bed (180 × 200 cm) Sofa bed Bathroom with shower/toilet Air conditioning Without booking it additionally, this area remains accessible but is not available for overnight stays. The house is still exclusively yours. Garden & Terrace Our garden provides fresh oranges, mandarins, lemons, pomegranates, guavas, persimmons, or mangoes depending on the season; feel free to help yourself. Among the palm trees, a FATBOY hammock invites you to relax. The large covered terrace is the centerpiece of the house: grill, read, eat together, or simply enjoy the sea view.
Here too, there is an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet; both with a view. Who is this House For? This house is not a luxury property.
