Country house Herlen is located in the middle of greenery and yet well connected! Here you will find peace and quiet and enough space for a meeting with friends or extended family.
Children have a large garden with playground equipment at their disposal.
Two terraces and a cozy lounge invite you to stay and relax.
Dogs are welcome. The Space: On the first floor you will find a large eat-in kitchen with seating and adjacent laundry room (incl. washing machine and dryer). The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. In addition, on the first floor there is a guest toilet, a study / playroom and a dining room with adjoining living room (incl.
Smart TV and fireplace). From here you have access to the large terrace with seating and gas grill. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (180x200). One of the bedrooms also has a crib.
An additional travel cot is also available.
The bathroom on the 1st floor is equipped with a bathtub. On the top floor there is a large bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200), TV corner and working area.
The TV has an Amazon FireTV stick for smart TV. Adjacent to it is a bathroom with a spacious shower. The windows in the bedrooms have blackout blinds/curtains. Guest Access: The house has 4 parking spaces. Access to the house is by entering your personal PIN on the smart door lock. The Neighborhood: The country house is located in the middle of nature of the beautiful Bergisches Land.
The neighbors in the adjacent apartments are very friendly.
A supermarket, bakery with café, post office, kiosk, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc. are only 5 minutes away by car. Also the city center of Bergisch Gladbach with pedestrian zone and shopping center is only 15 minutes away.
Cologne and the exhibition center in Cologne Deutz can be reached in less than half an hour. In the immediate vicinity there are also several riding stables, a golf course, the beautiful Bensberg Castle and the 'Mediterana' with numerous themed saunas and thermal bath.
The Claudius Therme in Cologne Deutz is also easily accessible.
In addition, the surrounding area with many hiking trails invites you to take long walks in nature. Other Things to Note: The right part of the house and garden are at your disposal.
In the left part of the property there are two rented apartments. For children there is a baby high chair and a chair for infants in the accommodation. Bed linen for the baby cribs must be brought by yourself. WiFi/Internet is available in the house. The noise level in the property is monitored by a smart sensor.
