Parking is free and easy, with a public car park located at the foot of the building, a real asset in the city centre. The flat has: - A private entrance. - An open-plan living room with a large sofa, coffee table, bookcase and dining table for 4 people. - A separate, fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine. - A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space. - A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space. - A shower room with WC.
