La Senia is a bright, stylish three-bedroom apartment set within a private complex with beautifully maintained grounds and two really lovely communal swimming pools – perfect for long, sunny afternoons.
Located on the first floor with lift access, the apartment also includes its own underground parking space for added ease.
Inside, the master bedroom features a modern en-suite shower room, while two twin bedrooms share a sleek family bathroom – ideal for families or friends.
The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a handy separate laundry room, flows into a light-filled lounge and dining area that opens onto a covered balcony.
It’s a great spot for morning coffee or relaxed evening drinks.
The balcony overlooks a tree-lined road, and thanks to hermetically sealed windows, the apartment remains calm and quiet inside.
With hot and cold air-conditioning throughout and good Wi-Fi, La Senia is comfortable in every season.
Just a 10-minute stroll to the seafront and towards the heart of Jávea Port, with popular international supermarkets and shops right next door, the location couldn’t be more convenient.

A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
