Charming, renovated, two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a building with an elevator, located right next to the marina and offering sea views.
Sleeping 6, it features a living room with a sofa, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and two single pull-out beds (90cm), a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and an outdoor area of nearly 15m² comprising a south-facing terrace and a north-facing enclosed loggia, both accessible from the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Amenities include: flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, microwave, proximity to shops and restaurants, and private parking.

It is a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte where you will find many activities.
You can also find shops and restaurants on the beach or on the port.
Local markets are organized 3 times a week during the summer period and a craft market is present on the port every Wednesday. The good: ideally located near the Petit Travers where you will find peace and quiet.
