The Cocoonr agency offers this charming chalet for rent in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, with mountain views, a surface area of 110 m², and capacity for up to 10 guests.
It consists of a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m².

The chalet is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A garage with a laundry room and a pool table On the first floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood at extra cost) and sofas - A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with two single beds On the second floor: - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom (with shower) - A separate toilet On the third floor: - Bedroom 3 with mountain view: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) - A sleeping area: with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom (with bathtub and toilet) For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful, unfenced, private garden of 1,000 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days - A 10 m² balcony The chalet is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant setting.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities: - Various winter sports: skiing, snowboarding, sledding - Snowshoeing to explore the snow-covered mountains - Cross-country skiing and gentle snow activities - Half-day or full-day hiking - Walking on marked trails, from the easiest to the most challenging Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles).
