Gute Anbindung an den Ort
Ausstattung der Wohnung nicht zeitgemäß. Alles wirklich sehr alt und das Grundstück wirkte ungepflegt. Die Terassse an der Stirnseite des Hauses war eine Katastrophe. Völlig verkommen

Traumhafte Lage auf riesigem tollem Grundstück, komplett alleine wenn beide Wohnungen gebucht oder wie in unserem Fall die obere Wohnung leer steht.
Die Erdgeschoss Wohnung ist schön groß.
Warum werden Teile des Grundstücks dem Verfall Preis gegeben (ehemaliges Volleyball Feld, Basketball Feld, Schaukel)? Ist sehr romantisch aber wundert mich.
Das Grundstück ums Haus herum war noch nicht für die Saison vorbereitet (Hollywoodschaukel nicht nutzbar; Kajaks weggesperrt; Sonnenschirme weg...
