This property is about 15 minutes' drive from Amalfi and 25 minutes from Positano.
Casetta Diogene is a small cozy house, with two open levels. The structure welcomes you with an original period door and opens onto an illuminated space. The house has been designed with attention to the smallest details making you feel at home. You'll find a fully equipped kitchenette, also with traditional local ceramics, to enjoy your morning coffee in Italian style. The house offers a dining area, a sofa with TV area, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The gallery bed upstairs has a double bed with air conditioning (hot/cold). A rocking chair with a small reading light awaits you in the corner, so that you can philosophize with the unforgettable Luciano De Crescenzo about the mystery of life. The owners offer their guests a library of books by De Crescenzo, a famous Italian writer, in many different languages.
Start the day with a breakfast immersed in the nature of the Amalfi coast with its unique scent of jasmine, lemon and local herbs, or simply to relax after a day of new experience, you can access your private garden. Equipped with sun loungers, shower, umbrella, table and chairs. The house is about 80 steps from the street and this guarantees silence and tranquility. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and bus stop. The cost of parking is 20€ per day in a nearby private car park. .
