Relaxing vacation in a nearly new and well-equipped holiday home! It is also possible to rent it for a longer stay, perhaps for a business trip, at a special rate.
The unobstructed view of the swimming lake is beautiful! The house is modernly and tastefully furnished.
All bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
The house features: a very spacious living room with a large dining table, an open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be placed close together), 1 bedroom with 1 wide single box-spring bed, 1 baby bed, 2 shower rooms with toilets, a utility room with a washing machine & dryer.
The house is located directly on a beautiful swimming lake, which can be used free of charge for swimming (for proficient swimmers).
Another spacious swimming lake is located about a 2-minute walk away in the neighborhood; this one also has a shallow area for non-swimmers and is also free to use.
An even larger swimming lake is just under 2 km away.
And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is only about 8 km away.
Within walking distance is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course.
Within the holiday park, a small indoor heated swimming pool can also be rented (approx. 9 x 4 m), plus a Finnish sauna.
This can also be booked on-site.
There is no pool in the holiday home itself.
The nearest supermarkets are approximately 2 + 3 km away, each with a bakery, located in the town of Walchum.
The next larger towns with large supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.
There are VERY many excursion possibilities in the surrounding area: Papenburg (little Venice of the North), glamorous Leer, a quick trip to the coast (only approx. 110 km), Meyer Werft Papenburg, various amusement parks, and numerous swimming lakes.
The Netherlands is less than 10 km away.
And for cyclists, this is an Eldorado! Upon arrival, the beds are made, and a large and a small towel are provided for each booked guest.
Two dish towels are also included in the linen package.
Every holiday booking always includes a linen package.
Group gatherings and parties are NOT permitted! It is possible to book up to 2 dogs for this holiday home.
