Villa Vista is a lovely Mediterranean-style holiday home, the perfect getaway in Calpe.
Located just 270 meters from the beach, it offers spectacular sea views, including the iconic Peñón de Ifach.
The villa provides plenty of privacy within a short walk of bars, restaurants, and shops.
The popular Les Bassetes beach, with its diving center and opportunities for various water sports, is less than 1 km away, making it an ideal choice for coastal lovers.
Designed for outdoor living and relaxation, Villa Vista features a private 10x4 meter swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
The covered naya with a seating area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the gas barbecue makes outdoor cooking easy.
The upper terrace offers fantastic sea views, along with several seating areas and sun loungers.
Inside, the villa is spread over two floors.

On this level, you will also find a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet.
The lower floor features a large living room with direct access to the pool terrace, a small kitchenette, and two bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
There is also an additional bedroom next to the garage with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and sink (no shower).
For added entertainment, the villa offers a ping-pong table and a game room equipped with a dartboard, foosball table, and billiards.
