Cà Brunella is the ideal place for couples and family holidays.
A large living room with TV and Wi-Fi available, with a dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Outside, there is a beautiful, spacious terrace, ideal for outdoor aperitifs or dinners at sunset or lunches in the cool shade of the centuries-old chestnut tree, with a stone table and a popular wood or charcoal barbecue. Upstairs, you will find the double bedroom overlooking the balcony just above the terrace and two single bedrooms, one of which has a window overlooking the valley. The property is completed by a bathroom with shower located on the ground floor. In keeping with nature, Ca Brunella's energy is powered by a solar panel system. Note: Upon arrival, you'll find a complimentary welcome kit that includes one bath towel and one face towel per person, a shower kit, two rolls of toilet paper, a kitchen kit with dish soap and a sponge, and a 35-liter garbage bag provided by the municipality. As this is a self-catering accommodation, these items are provided in case you forget anything and are kindly provided.
Any other products you may need during your stay can be purchased at nearby supermarkets. Ca' Brunella is located a 3-minute walk from the centre of Monti di Ditto, where you can enjoy complete tranquillity. For hiking enthusiasts, we recommend Sassariente and Monti della Gana, both located nearby. Below the property, 20 metres away, an endless natural field is an excellent outlet for outdoor activities. Smoking is not permitted in the house and the use of hairdryers is not allowed. Monti di Ditto is a 30-minute drive from Locarno and 30 minutes from Bellinzona.
