The building with 6 apartments is situated in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 200 meters away, and the center of Niendorf with its charming cafés, restaurants, shops, and the fishing harbor can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes.
A newly built large supermarket and bakery for your morning rolls are just a few meters away. For cycling enthusiasts, there are opportunities to explore the beautiful landscape along the Brodtener Steilküste (steep coast) just a few hundred meters from the house. Those seeking further athletic activities can play a round of golf at the Travemünde Golf Course, approximately 4.9 km away, or go for a swim in the seawater indoor pool located just 180 meters away. In the shared laundry room of the complex, both a washing machine and a dryer are available for your use. There is an outdoor parking space for your car at the house. Die Lage war überzeugend, Ausstattung bis auf Kleinigkeiten ausreichend.
Soweit sauber.
Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem.
Es fehlt ein Ventilator, es wird sehr heiß in dem Appartement.
Die Klobrille sieht nicht mehr schön aus und müsste definitiv erneuert werden.
