- The Pool: A 8m x 4.20m swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter and "ganivelle" wood fencing (installed July 2025). Please note: As shown in the photos, some landscaping is still settling around the pool area, and there is a designated storage space for equipment.
- The Villa: Fully renovated indoors in April 2024, the house has been transformed into a warm, friendly, and high-standing retreat.

The 170 m² house is spread over two levels with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 WCs, sleeping up to 13 people.
Upper Floor (1st Floor):
- Living Area: A bright living room opening onto a large wrap-around balcony (S/E/W exposure) with stunning views of the park. It includes a fully equipped open kitchen and a lounge/dining area with an extendable table for 13, a TV, and board games.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 X 200 cm).
- Facilities: Bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
Lower Floor (Ground Level):
- Master Suite: Large suite with park views and direct garden access, featuring a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and an ensuite shower room.
- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 5 (Dorm/Kids' Room): 4 single "trundle" beds that can be kept separate or joined (90 x 200 cm) + 1 additional single bed (90 x 200 cm).
- Facilities: Independent bathroom with bathtub and WC, plus an additional separate WC.
