What the “Rubis” apartment at Villa l’Ensoleillade promises is a breathtaking sea view for an unforgettable escape.

Located on the first floor of this beautiful Provençal building, this charming apartment is ideal for a stay of two to four guests.

Its large, bright living room with open-plan kitchen opens onto a superb and spacious terrace.

Depending on your mood and desires, you will enjoy this magical living space that immerses you in the vastness of the Mediterranean Sea… Next comes the sleeping area.

Featuring a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, it is the bedroom that will truly capture your attention.

Its stunning sea view and direct access to the terrace transform this room into a genuine haven of well-being. You will quickly understand — this “love at first sight” apartment will be your cocoon of serenity throughout your stay. THE SEA IS YOUR GARDEN: Rated 3 stars and located in a private residential area of La Londe-les-Maures (between Hyères and Saint-Tropez), VILLA ENSOLEILLADE is a charming, human-scale holiday residence with only 8 “BEACHFRONT” apartments, just 10 meters from the BEACH, offering SEA VIEW, HEATED POOL, TENNIS COURT, and FREE WIFI. As if set directly on the sand, this lovely Provençal villa opens straight onto the seafront.

From your terrace or garden, you enjoy an exceptional view of l’Argentière beach and the Golden Islands.

Rare peace and quiet, just steps away from the pleasures of the seaside, within the safety of a private estate. WiFi access, outdoor parking, and garage are free of charge. A small shopping center 500 meters away allows you to shop without needing a car (from April to the end of September). What makes our residence unique is that La Londe-les-Maures remains a destination still little known to the general public, with magnificent uncrowded beaches and crystal-clear waters delightfully untouched by mass tourism. You and your children also have free access to all the facilities of the ARGENTIERE-CLUB holiday residence, located 250 meters from the villa.

Enjoy complimentary use of all sports and leisure facilities: tennis court, pétanque court, rackets and balls, boules, heated pool with paddling pool — all at your disposal. The coastal path that runs in front of the villa will take you eastward for hours of seaside walks, without a single building, through a succession of beaches and small trails leading to Fort de Brégançon (the French presidential summer residence), an area particularly rich in scenery and marine life.

You will enjoy wonderful walks. For water sports enthusiasts, VILLA L’ENSOLEILLADE also offers outdoor activities in partnership with professionals: diving courses, excursions to the Golden Islands, catamaran cruises, paddleboarding, sea kayaking… everything is arranged for your well-being. The sea, preserved natural surroundings, numerous sports activities, excursions to Saint-Tropez and the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, as well as the international 18-hole golf course will ensure an unforgettable stay. In the evening, music festivals, night markets, charming restaurants, and fine dining along the coast will enliven your nights. Whether you love diving, hiking, jazz, or simply relaxing… you are at the heart of it all. Your holiday starts here!
