Ideally located in the heart of the charming village of Brem-sur-Mer, with immediate access to shops (bakery, butcher, newsagent/tobacconist, etc.), this spacious 150 m² family home offers 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12.
All rooms are upstairs, accessed via an internal staircase.
An entrance hall leads to the main living area, which includes a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and a lounge (2 sofas, coffee table, armchair).
A separate, fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
There is a bathroom (bathtub, double vanity, towel warmer), a separate WC, and one bedroom.
Bedroom 1: two single beds (90 cm) + wardrobe.
A hallway leads to two further bedrooms: - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140 cm) + wardrobe. - Bedroom 3: one bunk bed (2 x 80 cm) + chest of drawers.
Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, and baby bath.
Also on the same level, a second part of the house has been renovated and offers three additional bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit). - Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (140 cm) + wardrobe. - Bedroom 5: 1 double bed (160 cm) + wardrobe. - Bedroom 6: 1 double bed (140 cm) + wardrobe.
From the main room and the kitchen, there is access to a terrace overlooking the garden that runs along the side of the house.
A staircase leads down to the garden with a patio and outdoor furniture (table, chairs).
Parking is available for one car in front of the house, plus there is a public parking lot nearby.
