- ➡️ Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. or later (flexible) ↩️ Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. (so the cleaning team can prepare the Junglegreen Apartment for the next guests)
- The city of Karlsruhe charges a city tax of 4.00 EUR per person per day. Please pay this in cash no later than the day of arrival or transfer the amount in advance.
- Before departure, please wash the dishes you’ve used and put them back in the kitchen cabinets.
- If anything gets damaged, please let us know—thank you!
- There is a dustbin in the kitchen. Please separate your trash. The bins are located in the backyard: ⚫️ General waste 🟢 Organic waste 🔵 Paper waste 🔴 Recyclables
- 👉 Please dispose of trash properly and empty the refrigerator before you leave.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use your own balcony.

- Please observe the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM so that all neighbors can sleep peacefully.
- Just leave the key in the apartment when you check out. If you lose it, we’ll unfortunately have to charge a fee of 100.00 EUR.
