Outside, the small enclosed garden with a covered terrace allows you to enjoy the gentle air of Aussonne in complete peace and quiet – a real bonus after a busy day.
Reversible air conditioning is provided in the living room, central gas heating in the bedroom, and supplementary heating in the veranda.
Parking is available on the other side of the Venitia house.
The entrance is the same as for the one-bedroom apartment.
