The property consists of five separate bedrooms and each room has been fitted with Smart TVs and access to fibre optic broadband. A large living room/dining room with plenty of space for workers to feel at home or families to feel comfortable. A kitchen with an additional breakfast bar area, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (plus complementary coffee pods).
Tea and coffee is provided. An under-stairs cupboard with additional items such as Irons. The garden is a private area with porcelain tiles and a table and chairs.
Perfect for summer months or for a smoking area. Off road parking is available on the driveway next to the home. The home has been renovated and we make every effort to maintain a good standard of living. Please note: Identification may be required. A holding deposit may be required. No parties, pets. Quiet hours are 11pm - 7am.
