The Cocoonr agency offers this cosy 49m² three-room apartment for rent in La Chal, Saint-Jean-d'Arves, with ski-in/ski-out access in a residence featuring a heated swimming pool and sauna, which can accommodate up to six guests. You have direct access to the magnificent Sybelles ski area (310 km of slopes).
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and raclette grill.
- Two bedrooms, each with queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- Cabin with bunk bed (sleeps 2, the high bed is not suitable for children under 6) in the entrance hall
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For added convenience, your accommodation is equipped with a washing machine with dryer.
Outside:
- A 6m² south-east-facing balcony to enjoy the view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, small outdoor table with 6 chairs.
- A swimming pool (heated and free of charge), open during the winter season and in July and August. Open from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
- A sauna (reservation required) is available in the residence. Opening hours: 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm.
- Ski locker on the flat landing
The apartment is ideally located in the centre of La Chal - Saint Jean d'Arves. Close to the slopes and chairlifts (50 m), food shops and rentals (at the foot of the building). You can also enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities: - Charvin Express chairlift 50 m away - Direct access to the Sybelles ski area (over 300 km of slopes at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,600 m). Beginners' slopes and snow carpets on site. ESF lessons for all levels - Cinema on site open in season - Some chairlifts open in summer for hiking and mountain biking - Numerous hiking trails, snowshoeing, mountain biking, zip lines, high-altitude lakes with swimming allowed in summer - Connection to St Sorlin d'Arves by free shuttle buses (numerous restaurants, bowling, etc.)
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one reserved, unnumbered space).

- Nearest airport: Chambéry 1h20 (100 km away)
