The finca is located just 200 metres from the small village of S'Horta.
S'Horta, with its approximately 1,000 inhabitants, has a church, a bank and two small supermarkets.
Here you can get fresh croissants, ensaimadas and bread in the morning and the newspaper, as well as fruit and vegetables mostly from the hinterland of S'Horta.
The enchanting bays of Cala Mitjana and Cala Sanau can be reached in 5 minutes by car, as can the well-known tourist resort of Cala D'Or mit seinem exklusive Yachthafen.
In ca. 7 km Entfernung liegt das idyllische Fischerdorf und Seebad Porto Colom, das man auf jeden Fall besuchen sollte.
