The apartment is located a few steps from the main town square and about 150 meters from the sea. It is an independent, condominium-free solution with a ground-floor entrance and rooms spread over two levels.
On the ground floor there is a living area consisting of a bright living room with sofa bed, smart TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (except for the dishwasher). The living area also leads to a small private internal courtyard, located within the building's walls: a private, open-air space, ideal for enjoying coffee, lunches, and dinners, or relaxing in peace.
On the upper floor is the spacious and welcoming double bedroom, which also includes a large wardrobe and bedside tables integrated into the bed frame.
Complete the sleeping area with a large bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, one for each floor, fixed network WiFi connection and a smart TV to offer maximum comfort and entertainment.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide guests with bedding and bath linens (sheets and a trio of towels per person), as well as a small welcome kit that includes: some Nespresso pods, disposable shampoo-shower, single-serving sachets of oil, salt, and sugar, and a washing machine tablet.
All the main points of interest in the town are within easy walking distance: shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and of course the beach are just a few minutes from the apartment.
