- Tourism Arosa charges a tourist tax and an accommodation tax for all guests staying in Arosa. We therefore charge a fee of CHF 4 per person per day in addition to the price of the studio. For example: 2 people stay for 3 nights. This costs a total of 24,- CHF. We would therefore ask you to transfer the amount applicable to you in each case. You will receive a payment reminder with the relevant bank details after your booking.
- Furthermore, during the winter season (01.11 to 30.04) we offer the possibility of renting a car park in the Ochsenbühl multi-storey car park at a reduced rate. If you are interested in this car park, we would also ask you to transfer the relevant amount to us. You will receive a corresponding payment reminder together with a reminder regarding the tourism and accommodation tax.
- Attention: As construction work is currently being carried out in the vicinity of the flat, there may be noise emissions!
