This charming, peaceful village house accommodates up to 4 guests.
It offers two spacious bedrooms, each with its own shower and separate toilet (one 140 cm bed and one 160 cm bed convertible into two 80 cm beds). Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are included.
Beds are made for your arrival for maximum comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming living and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Tassimo coffee maker. Outside, enjoy a 500 m² garden with barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture, and parasol.
Four adult bikes (1 hybrid, 1 city, 2 mountain bikes) are available free of charge for you to explore the area. High chair and travel cot are provided at no extra cost.
Non-smoking property.
Free Wi-Fi. Fans available. All shops are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, medical office, supermarket, restaurants, bar/newsstand, hairdresser, florist, bike shop, motorcycle accessory store, post office, ATM, and more. Nearby: castles, caves, canoeing, golf, Flow Vélo cycling route, hiking, and many outdoor activities. The gîte is in the heart of Saint-Pardoux-la-Rivière, a village newly awarded its first flower in the "Villes et Villages fleuris" label in 2025. Holiday rental insurance is required at booking, as well as a security deposit on arrival (not cashed).
