Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Coimbra Station, is just a 6-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an hour and a half drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Welcome to your charming home in the heart of Coimbra.

Good accommodation in the Baixa district of Coimbra. Everything was very clean.
On the downside, not the flat itself but the old building and the neighbourhood: difficult to get around with young children (not suitable for pushchairs) and a bit noisy at night.

The apartment was very good overall, but things to keep in mind are that there is no lift, and you have to climb several stairs. They only give you one set of keys, and you have to pay extra if you want another one, which I think is a bit stingy. And the sofa bed for two is quite small. But overall,...

Excellent location, if coming by train there is a free shuttle bus from Coimbra B that drops you two minutes from the apartment. Minor problem with a couple of the appliances.
