The three guest rooms are located on the upper floor of this beautiful contemporary house.

The landing offers a reading nook and a lovely view of Dinan.
On the ground floor, you'll find a wooden terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a guest lounge with magazines, games, hiking maps, and an adjoining shared kitchen (including a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc.). In this space, in the dining room, or on the terrace, you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring homemade treats (cakes, waffles, fruit salads) alongside local and market-fresh products.
Working remotely is easy in each room, and the downstairs room can even be used for coworking or small seminars.
For relaxation, the property's spa is available by reservation (€20/room/session) with bathrobes provided.
Parking is available on the property with an electric gate and a 7kW vehicle charging station. To the south of Dinan, 2 km from this city of Art and History, everything is done with great elegance and refinement by Florence and Pierre to welcome you to this family home and thus enjoy a Breton break.

Florence et Pierre ont le sens de l'accueil. Avec eux vous vous sentez à l'aise et un peu comme chez vous. La vue sur la campagne est toute aussi exceptionnelle. Deuxième visite mais certainement pas la dernière. Je recommande vivement.
