Newly renovated and tastefully furnished two-room holiday apartment designed for your comfort.
It features a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, and a bedroom.
Located on the ground floor with a large terrace, it is very quietly situated in the Schöntal district, directly by the forest and 150 meters from the Schöntal bathing pond.
Schöntal has no through traffic, with a general speed limit of 30 km/h.
The apartment has barrier-free access.
The terrace can also be accessed from the outside via a lockable door, which is ideal for older guests and cyclists, as bicycles can also be stored on the terrace.
It is an optimal starting point for extensive hiking and trekking tours through the unspoiled German-French Palatinate Forest/Northern Vosges Biosphere Reserve, or for tours to the numerous castle ruins and bizarre rock formations in the vicinity.
Relax at one of the many bathing ponds in Ludwigswinkel.
Enjoy fantastic mountain bike tours (direct access to signposted trails right at the house), or leisurely cycling tours without significant inclines in the Sauerbach Valley all the way to Wissembourg in Alsace.
Visit the Biosphere House in the neighboring town with its treetop walk, barefoot park, mini-golf, and truly high-quality gastronomy.
We provide our guests with a free women's and men's bicycle each (additional dog trailer for small dogs available free of charge).
We also help and advise you in planning tours and offer guided (for a fee) individual hiking, trekking, cycling, and mountain biking tours planned just for you. (A 24-inch e-mountain bike is available; a 27.5-inch e-mountain bike and a step-through e-touring bike are available for use for a fee.)
