In the left wing of the main house, this single-story family unit is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has a separate entrance.
The first bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm, which can be joined upon prior request), a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), and a second bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm, which can be split upon prior request) with a TV and a private terrace.
A kitchen area is available for guests to use on the property.
On the same level, with completely separate access, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, sink, dishes, etc.), and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
There are two private terraces.
Served in the living room: breakfasts with local and homemade products such as yogurts, pancakes with eggs from the henhouse, and more.
A 2,300 m² rustic and flowery garden awaits you.
Alain and Guillemette have succeeded in creating these two contemporary rooms inspired by the tones of nature and the coast, in the heart of the beautiful Plurien countryside and just 2.5 km from the sea! You'll immediately feel at home, but better! A great deal of care, comfort, and attention are given to the space and the welcome.
Good to know: if there are two of you but you each want a room in the Family Unit, a supplement of €25/night will be applied on site.
Plurien is a charming, discreet town just behind the famous Sables d'Or Les Pins resort and its beautiful beaches (2.5 km away).
Other must-sees in this area include: the Grand Site Cap d'Erquy to the West and Cap Fréhel to the East (including Fort La Latte to visit), as well as all the resorts on the Penthièvre and Emerald coasts (Pléneuf Val André, Saint Cast Le Guildo, etc.).

Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine! Accueil des propriétaires au top! La chambre est parfaite. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire (avec en plus cet espace cuisine qui est un vrai plus!) Les petits-déjeuners étaient très copieux. Très belle adresse, on y reviendra sans hésiter!

bien sûr il y a le cadre chaleureux, la qualité des chambres, sanitaire et petite cuisine. mais il y a surtout la gentillesse, l'attention et la possibilité d'échanger sur l'accompagnement d'une très vieille dame. un grand merci à Guillemette et Alain pour leur humanité.
