The living area, separated from the kitchen by an island with three high stools, is perfect for comfortable dining.
It includes a sofa, coffee table, TV, and direct access to the terrace—ideal for relaxing, enjoying sea views over breakfast, or watching a spectacular sunset. The apartment offers central air conditioning, heating, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private TV, and a workspace. Less than 50 meters from the beach.
