Bedroom 1: 1 double bed;
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed;
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and a child's bed;
Living room: 2 sofa beds;
Equipped kitchen;
Separate toilet.
Linens are provided.
Cleaning and Wi-Fi are included.
You can drop off your luggage before and after your stay.
You are assured to have a calm night to sleep in the house.
Address: 55 Avenue de Paris, Vincennes, 94300. Château de Vincennes, Parc Floral, and Bois de Vincennes are 10 to 20 minutes away.
An independent studio apartment located on the other side of the garden is available for an additional fee.
The garden and terrace next to your apartment are reserved for your exclusive use, The garden next to the studio is shared with the other 1 or 2 guests staying in the independent studio which is situated in anther side of the garden.

>> Loud music, festive meals, or parties are completely prohibited.
>> The clients need to inform and agree with the host if there are more than two guests to visit the house during the day or in the evening
