It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 4m x 4m, equipped with an alarm.
- A 32 m² south-facing terrace
- A beautiful 500 m² enclosed and private garden, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Vers-Pont-du-Gard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Old railway line converted into cycle path leading to Uzès
- Swimming in the Gardon river
- Sightseeing: Pont du Gard (5 mins), Castillon du Gard (5 mins), Uzès (10 mins), Avignon (30 mins), Nîmes (30 mins) and even the sea and Montpellier 1 hour away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Nîmes, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Avignon, approx. 40 km away
