- Please note:
- 1: There are 2 motion sensors inside the property, which may look like cameras, but do not take or record any images unless the alarm is triggered. We have covered the lenses, so no images can be captured, even if the alarm goes off accidentally during your stay. The sensors are located at the entrance, overlooking the living room, and in the upstairs hallway.
- 2: Pool heating is available from April through November. Pool heating Price: 150€ / week
- 3: Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- 4: The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is prohibited.
- Parties and excessive noise after 11:00 PM are prohibited at all times.
- 5: You are renting a private accommodation.
- Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
- Cot: Price: 30 € per booking.
