L'appartement bien agencé et bien situé 3ème étage qui offre une belle vue d'ensemble de Gruissan côté Capitainerie et la mer.
La description de l'adresse n'est absolument pas satisfaitante j'ai été obligé d'appeler le propriétaire car je ne trouvais pas.
