The gîte features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and access to a private terrace with lake views (wood provided), and a lounge area.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a television and two separate, attic sleeping nooks on the mezzanine.
One nook is furnished with two 90x190 cm beds, and the other has a 140x190 cm bed.
You will also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity, and a separate toilet.
Outside, you will have a garden lounge set, barbecue, umbrella, and sun loungers.
Parking is enclosed and secure.
From June to September, you can enjoy a shared indoor swimming pool (16m x 5m) heated to 28 degrees Celsius (access from 9 am to 9 pm) with an aquabike and counter-current swimming, shared with the owner or guests of the other gîte.
Heating, electricity, wood, air conditioning, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Beds will be made upon arrival; towels and household linens are included. Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, this gîte offers a mountain chalet ambiance.
