On the ground floor of this modern villa, with independent access from the owners: 3 guest rooms having in common: entrance hall, relaxation lounge (library and games), covered patio-bistro type terrace.

A roof terrace solarium with a view of Fort La Latte and a very large landscaped garden complete the package on this 7,500 m² property.
On the first level and with a beautiful sea view, breakfasts will take place and possibly a "Table d'hôtes" service in the evening if the owners are available.
In the large basement there is a relaxation games room (table football, ping-pong, board games, darts, etc.) with a fridge shared by guests.

In their very beautiful and vast contemporary house of around 150 m², Constantin and Stéphanie, driven by an undisguised desire to share, are just waiting for you. In a quiet cul-de-sac ending with the sea, you will discover once there this wilder side of the peninsula overlooking La Baie de la Fresnaye, classified Zone Natura 2000, 6 km deep, nature is master there, alone mussel traps mark a certain activity.
Ideal for stays with family, couples or friends, you will take advantage of all the advantages of this great resort, including the richness of its contrasting landscapes: sometimes coves, cliffs, port, beaches, points, ... The sound of the sea and the ballet of the tides complete the decor! Many leisure activities and services in very few kms (restaurants, golf, adventure park, bike rental, ...)

Merci à Constantin et Stéphanie pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. La chambre est grande, confortable et bien conçue. Le petit déjeuner est un moment de partage où l'on savoure des spécialités bretonnes maison. La présentation des possibilités de découvertes est faite brillamment. Nous reviendrons !

Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux. Ils seront de très bon conseil pour visiter leur belle région. La chambre tres confortable, manque de rien avec en plus de petites attentions des propriétaires.Le petit déjeuner est varié, très copieux et local.

Information riche et utile, table gourmande, confort, communication et partage sont les maitres-mots de l'accueil fabuleux que ces hôtes très attentionnés nous ont réservé. Merci pour ces trois jours (trop courts) de repos à Pen Houët.
