The gîte is 40m2, on one level, very well laid out, fully equipped in 2019. Brief description of the gîte: - Outside there is a 17m2 terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs, and a 70 m2 parking area. - The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room, with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, large fridge, all utensils and saucepans. - 4-person dining table - Living room with corner sofa bed, flat-screen TV, CD player, bay window opening onto terrace - Small shower room with 80x80cm glass door shower, washbasin with storage and mirror - Separate WC - Separate bedroom with 160cm bed and wardrobe Free WiFi A traditionally built 6m x 6m swimming pool treated with salts rather than chemical chlorine is available from 9am to 9pm, and is shared with 2 other small gîtes.
