The 1st on the ground floor: with possible independent entrance from the outside, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 shower room, separate toilet.
The 2nd upstairs: with possible independent entrance from the outside, 1 family unit composed of a lounge area with TV and sofa convertible into 1 bed 140x190 opening onto 1 shower room with toilet leading itself into 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Finally the 3rd in annex on the property, small single-storey house: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 small living room-lounge-kitchen area, private terrace garden furniture.
Breakfasts served in the living room with among other things cakes, breads, yogurts, pancakes and homemade jams.
Available to guests of the Armor and Argoat rooms: summer kitchen on the property including induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, washing machine (which is not freely accessible: €5 required for its use, detergent included). 2 NIGHTS MIN in JULY AND AUGUST. 4 km from the sea, nestled in the valley, on a 1ha property, with its 2 ponds and its river, this old mill - an outbuilding of a 17th and 18th century seigneury - will seduce you with its tranquility and rural setting.
The GR34B runs along the Roscoat river and will take you to St Michel en Grèves where you will overlook the sea and join the GR34. Plouzelambre is famous for its oratory, its church, its ossuary, its fountain, all listed as historical monuments.
Good creperies punctuate the surrounding towns.
In addition, on site the owners Annie and Bruno provide you with: a courtesy tray in each room, garden furniture in the park, board games, a boat for the main pond, a ping-pong table, badminton equipment, an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee). Pets allowed only in Armor and Killi rooms at a rate of €5/day, limited to €15, to be paid on site.

Très belle découverte. Magnifique espace de détente à l’extérieur super bien aménagé et très bien entretenu avec de magnifiques étangs. Un petit coin de paradis où il est possible de se ressourcer. Super accueil d’Annie et Bruno toujours à votre service et disponibles pour de précieux conseils et idées de visites ou randonnées.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Leider hat eine Doppelbuchung stattgefunden. Wir konnten das Problem einvernhehmlich lösen und waren gut aufgehoben. Mit den beiden Hunden hatten wir uns schnell angefreundet. Der Aufenthalt war ein positives Erlebnis.

Annie et Bruno sont des hôtes attentionnés et discrets. Ils nous font profiter de leur maison et de leur grand jardin aménagés avec goût. Blotti en fond de vallée, c'est un lieu paisible, proche de nombreux trésors naturels et culturels de la Bretagne Nord.
