These rules are an integral part of the conditions of your reservation and must be respected in order to guarantee a pleasant experience for all our guests.
Upon arrival:
As soon as you enter the apartment, please report any malfunction or anomaly noted.
Respect for the property and the neighborhood:
We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality.
Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests.
To this end, we ask you to: Respect the residential environment: Comply with the building's internal regulations. Avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and the heating when leaving the apartment. Keeping the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash, wash your dishes and leave the apartment in a tidy state.
This is a mark of respect for the cleaning ladies who take care of the well-being of our guests. Liability in the event of nuisances or breakdowns: We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents that are beyond our control.
This includes: Possible noise pollution from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors. Nuisances outside the apartment, linked to urban life (traffic noise, etc.). A temporary breakdown of the building's elevator. Unforeseen breakdowns of equipment or materials, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb.
We are unable to predict this type of incident in advance. An internet outage attributable to the provider or a deterioration in the network routing, whether in the building or outside. Formal prohibitions: Smoking: strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly prohibited, under penalty of legal action. Use of toilets: The toilets are exclusively intended for biological waste and toilet paper.
Any other use will result in a charge for intervention. Use of bedding: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as a bed. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are authorized. Modification or transformation prohibited: Any modification of the layout of the apartment, painting, furniture, decoration, or any furniture or real estate element of the apartment is prohibited. Events and evenings: strictly prohibited. Animals (pets or not): strictly prohibited. Tenant's responsibility: You are held responsible for any damage or loss occurring during your stay.
The repair or replacement costs will be billed at the actual cost. Any modification or transformation of the premises is prohibited and will result in restoration costs. You must be covered by rental liability insurance, including the risks of theft, fire, water damage, as well as for neighbors' claims. A central and well equipped comfortable apartment in Part-Dieu close to all amenities ✨ A cozy studio ideally located in Lyon Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Garibaldi metro station (line D), close to the Part-Dieu district and the train station, this cozy studio for 2 people is on the ground floor, facing an inner courtyard. Equipped with air conditioning for more comfortable temperatures in summer, this 28 m² studio features a lovely main living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 2 people.
The sleeping area includes a comfortable 140x190 bed as well as an HD TV. You will also enjoy a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, for a comfortable stay. We provide basic supplies (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) as well as a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, extractor hood, kettle...). Sheets and towels are included. Please note that the apartment is located near a school, so there may be some noise during recess times in the street in front of the building, although the apartment does not directly face it. Free fiber Wi‑Fi is available. You will find in the apartment a guide with all the information you need for an excellent stay (Wi‑Fi code, instructions, recommended restaurants...). 🔐 Access & autonomy Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 PM via a smart lock.
