You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited.
The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (King – 180 x200 and Queen - 160 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space is available, allowing you to settle in comfortably.

Large accommodation, close to the RER B Bagneux station, very convenient for travelling to Paris, but unfortunately also very noisy due to road traffic (disturbing when trying to sleep). The hob did not work. There was a problem with a handle in one of the bedrooms, which could become locked. These issues were resolved within a week by the agency.
