Located on the lower level of a building, it offers a cozy and well-designed atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Paris.
This large one-room basement studio can accommodate up to 4 people (recommended for a family or couple).
The living room has a 160x200 double bed and a 140x200 sofa bed, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements suitable for both couples and families.
The studio also has a fully equipped kitchen area with an American-style refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need to prepare your meals on site.
A large TV is available in the living room, ideal for watching movies or your favorite shows in a comfortable space, from the sofa or even the bed.
You will also have access to a washing machine, iron, fan, air conditioning, and all the equipment you need for a convenient and comfortable stay.
The studio has a bathroom with a toilet in the same room.
The studio has Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected for both work and leisure.

We really loved these apartments — everything was just perfect. There were all the necessary amenities and appliances, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is great, and communication with the host was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Le logement est très confortable. Très bien agencé et super propre. Il est aussi très bien situé, en plein coeur du XIVeme arrondissement. Le quartier est très commerçant.
Negative:
Le seul regret, c'est l'absence de fenêtre extérieure mais cela est clairement dit dans l'annonce. Donc rien de vraiment négatif sur le logement.

Great studio apartment. Good space for family of 4 in two double beds in the same room. Nicely decorated.
It's below ground level, so we were a bit worried about air quality (no windows), but ventilation was good. Good communications with host. Well equipped kitchen.
Great, safe, quiet location, near good restaurants and metro. Highly recommended!
