The front garden provides Mediterranean charm and fragrances, while the rear garden offers an intimate courtyard with a private uncovered terrace and barbecue, perfect for evening gatherings.
An outdoor shower is conveniently located for your return from the beach, which is just 300 meters away. You can park in 1 shared on-site parking space, and a shared EV charger is available.
One pet is allowed on the property, but events are not permitted.
The house includes 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower and toilet for added convenience. Beach games, lounge chairs, a petanque court, and bicycles are provided for your enjoyment.
A small grocery store is within walking distance, and the shopping center is 10 km away.
Bed linens and towels are available for an extra fee upon request.
The access code will be sent by the owner only after receiving the security deposit and will be communicated a few days before your arrival.

Séjour agréable, logement impeccable et conforme à la description à l’annonce. Près de la plage. Maison agréable pour une famille nombreuse. Propriétaire sympathique et bon contact par mail et téléphone. La personne qui s’occupe sur place est sympathique. Merci encore

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nahe zum Strand. Trotzdem liegt es verkehrsgünstig und gut erreichbar. Leider gibt es in dem Viertel viele frei laufende Hunde, was für Hundebesitzer manchmal etwas stressig werden kann.

Ruim voldoende. NB: 2e badkamer betreft een douche en toilet buiten. Geen probleem maar wel handig om te weten
