The fully equipped private kitchen includes crockery, utensils, fridge, freezer, ice maker, hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher.
Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, high chair, travel cot and pushchair are also provided. Outside are two private gardens: a charming, fragrant Mediterranean garden at the front and a secluded courtyard with a covered terrace and barbecue at the back.
An outdoor shower and toilet are handy after visiting the beach, 300 m away.
Sun loungers, beach games, a pétanque court and a bicycle are available.
Shared parking; EV charging point 500 m away.
Convenience store 5 minutes away, shopping centre 10 km away. Rental conditions: - Check-in after 5 pm, check-out before 11 am. - Maximum 8 guests. - Cleaning fee paid with the booking.
Deposit payable directly to the owner after booking. - Optional towel set available for an extra fee per person; request from the owner after booking. - Bed linen provided, folded on the beds on arrival. - Any intensive cleaning incurs an extra fee deducted from the deposit. - Quiet after 10:30 pm. Washing cars and charging batteries using the villa's electricity supply are prohibited. - One pet allowed. - The key safe code will be sent to you a few days before arrival.

Séjour agréable, logement impeccable et conforme à la description à l’annonce. Près de la plage. Maison agréable pour une famille nombreuse. Propriétaire sympathique et bon contact par mail et téléphone. La personne qui s’occupe sur place est sympathique. Merci encore

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nahe zum Strand. Trotzdem liegt es verkehrsgünstig und gut erreichbar. Leider gibt es in dem Viertel viele frei laufende Hunde, was für Hundebesitzer manchmal etwas stressig werden kann.
