Self-contained gite in restored traditional farmhouse typical of The Coteaux du Lyonnais (XIX cent.), very next to owner's home.
Character accommodation ideally located, close to the zoo of Courzieu and La Tourette Convent in the city of Eveux (built by Le Corbusier, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2016). Fenced interior courtyard with lawn (parking for 4 cars available), playground (typical of local houses), climbing frame.
This gite is labelled 'Fondation du Patrimoine', many charming period features retained.
On site, works of the painter/engraver Marcel ROUX (from Lyon, 1878-1922). Upstairs: large living room/lounge area, equipped kitchen.
Shower room/wc. Bedroom (2 single beds). Upper floor : 3 bedrooms (double bed in each), bathroom/wc. Laundry room.
Heating: electric & wood.
Tram-train at Sain-Bel station (less than 5 km away).

Gîte pittoresque. Bel endroit, plein de charme et d'objets anciens et insolites.Accueil chaleureux de la part de propriétaires attentifs et discrets. Maison bien équipée qui correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description en ligne. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Séjour agréable avec la découverte de cette belle région de l’Arbresle. Beaucoup de cerisiers contribuent à la bonne renommée de cette région. Nous avons aussi apprécié la vente directe de beaucoup d’agriculteurs. Le gîte est situé dans un endroit calme où nous avons découvert de splendides paysages...
